After discussing the responses to the Case Studies and looking at how the Court ruled in each yesterday and today, we then used the Colin Kapernick case as a way to begin our closer look at symbolic speech. We'll focus on the issue of Flag Burning, first by watching "For Which it Stands" a short documentary and then reading and annotating the majority and dissenting opinion in Texas v. Johnson.
