Death Penalty Arguments

After reviewing the Constitutionality of the Death Penalty, we began to look at the larger arguments both for and against the death penalty. Students were assigned to read the summary and testimony in support of one of the arguments in this READING PACKET.  They filled out the appropriate box in this CHART and then jigsawed the information within a small group.
